Yes. Telehealth members only talk to actual doctors who are U.S. board-certified internists, state-licensed family practitioners, and pediatricians licensed to practice medicine in the U.S. and living in the U.S.
When you request a consult, Telehealth will connect you with a doctor licensed in your state.
Health records are kept totally private and we employ robust encryption methods to protect your personal information. You determine who can see the information in your record.
We do not turn patients away because of pre-existing conditions.
Telehealth consults are unavailable outside of the United States.
No, Campus Rx is not insurance. You do not have to have health insurance to join and use our program.
Here at Campus RX, we would like for you to feel better as soon as possible, but it takes at least 24-48 hours for processing before you will be able to sign into the Telehealth site. So, get it before you need it!

The median time to speak with a Telehealth physician is 10 minutes. Usually a provider will call you back much sooner which really makes a big difference when you aren’t feeling well.
